Emergency Closure Procedures

Closing the school happens very rarely but in case of extreme circumstances it is important to know how you will be notified.

Please find below our closure procedures should the Principal decide that the school cannot open due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Parents and students will be informed via the following methods:

Announcement via the local radio (Heart, Radio Cambridge)
A notice will be posted on the school‘s website and sent via Parentmail
A notification through BVC Facebook page
